Operations Manager | 12-month FTC | Remote
I am excited to partner up with a fast-growing, purpose-driven consumer goods who is looking for an Operations Manager (12-month FTC) to join their fun and creative team (Remote).
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations - combining data-driven decision making, analytical thinking, and cross-functional teamwork to build a supply chain that’s efficient, sustainable, and makes a real impact.
In this role,
You will…
- Oversee UK day-to-day supply chain operations, managing 3PLs, carriers, and warehouses to deliver strong service across D2C, retail, and B2B channels.
- Drive supplier and partner performance through data-led reviews, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead systems and insights, acting as the UK NetSuite superuser while analysing operational data to improve reporting, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Support growth and team development by leading cost-saving projects, enabling new channel/product launches, and coaching the UK Logistics Coordinator.
About you:
- 3+ years experience in logistics/operations, ideally across both eCommerce and retail.
- Track record of improving costs, efficiency, and service performance.
- Confident using data and ERP systems to create insights (NetSuite knowledge is a plus).
- Strong stakeholder management - hold suppliers accountable, and work well with partners.
