Logistics Associate- London/ Remote- Up to £45,000 + package
Pod Talent are excited to partner up with a global B2B online marketplace who is looking for a Logistics Associate to join their exciting team in Central London.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing product offerings, and fostering exceptional customer service as well as directly contributing to the growth and success of the business.
This is a great opportunity to join a fun and ambitious company that has been growing 10 times in revenue since February this year.
About the role:
- Organise shipments, logistics and documentation to move material from A to B.
- Work closely with the product teams to identify areas for operational improvement; you will analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to optimise efficiency and productivity
- Create and maintain a best-in-class customer service experience
- Be the trusted point of contact for suppliers and customers in order to foster long-term partnerships
About you:
- 2+ years experience in logistics (in-house or freight forwarding)
- Understands import/export documentation, customs as well as incoterms
- Experience managing sea, air and road freights
- Process improvements mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proactive who is able to work independently as well as part of a team
