The Roles
We are partnering with a leading international business undergoing significant transformation within its procurement function. As part of this journey, there are exciting opportunities for talented procurement professionals to join the team in Amsterdam.
We are currently recruiting for two roles:
- Senior Buyer (up to €75,000) – covering indirects across HR, IT and Professional Services
- Buyer (up to €55,000) – specialising in Marketing & Media categories
Both positions are integral to building a best-in-class procurement function, with responsibility for category strategy, supplier management and stakeholder engagement across Europe.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help develop and implement sourcing strategies across key indirect categories – some categories will require consolidation of suppliers and others will need a fresh build
- Lead supplier negotiations and manage long-term relationships to put strategic partnerships in place
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align procurement objectives with business needs
- Deliver cost savings, value creation and process improvements for the growing categories
- Contribute to the wider procurement transformation journey
What We’re Looking For
- Proven indirect procurement experience (Senior Buyer – HR/IT/Professional Services; Buyer – Marketing/Media)
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a track record of delivering results
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and work cross-functionally
- Proactive, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent English; other European languages a plus
