I’m a Senior Consultant at Pod Talent, specialising in connecting exciting businesses with sales and commercial talent. From high-growth start-ups and scale-ups to established UK & EU corporates, I’ve helped organisations build high-performing teams across Sales, Operations, and beyond.

My expertise lies in the fast-moving worlds of classic logistics/3PL, final-mile & parcel delivery, and SaaS/LogTech - sectors where the right hire can make or break your growth plans.
I’ve placed exceptional talent in roles from Account Manager and Business Development Manager to Sales Manager, Commercial Director, VP Sales, and CCO. Whether it’s a single strategic hire or a complex multi-hire project. Recent successes include leadership placements such as VP of Sales, EU Account Director, and Sales Director, as well as a multi-hire (2024/25) for a final-mile logistics business: 10 mid-to-senior roles across Operations, Customer Success, and Network.
