The business is going through significant growth and is looking for a hands on, analytical & driven supply chain professional to own key elements of the logistics & distribution area.


Effective management of 3PL warehouse & transport providers ensuring a customer first approach, whilst driving cost saving & service performance improvements. Along with being responsible for the day to day operation also reviewing & implementing long term improvement initiative

Working as part of the wider team, working collaboratively & cross functionally to drive actions in line with long term strategy

Managing & improving a complex distribution model and ensuring scalable operation to the support the business growth.

Reviewing full end to end distribution network using root cause & gap analysis to evaluate pinch point & possible problem areas.

Monitoring of the warehouse activity & stock control: identifying poor performing areas & working with 3PL partner to improve


3+ years' working in a fast paced eCommerce businesses in logistics/supply chain/operations position(s)

Experience in high growth/start-up/scale up businesses, where you have been instrumental in: scaling operations; setting up new processes, systems, distribution channels, onboarding of carriers & fulfilment partners

Deep understanding of ecommerce distribution & fulfilment logistics, with an excellent track record of managing & successfully onboarding/improving 3PLs. Previous experience with WMS/ERP Implementation would be highly desirable

A hands on, highly organised & impactful individual working in a fast paced & fluid environment

A confident communicator who can work cross functionally to drive change
