We are looking for an experienced (1-3 years) B2B Customer Service Associate with experience from within FMCG looking to join a positive team with a great working culture working for one of the FMCG groups household name eco brands. You must have experience in B2B customer service ideally dealing with major retailers in the DACH region and have fluent German and minimum intermediate English language skills.

What you’ll do…

Provide market leading service to DACH region customers being the point of contact for delivery, orders, and services, working with internal teams and 3PLs to ensure high levels of service are delivered across customer base.

Handle order entry and processing in SAP with a strong working knowledge of ERP systems and a great attention to detail managing the integrity of customer data within SAP.

Who you’ll be…

Around 2 years experience of customer service in a B2B environment ideally within FMCG.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems with SAP preferred.

Engaging communicator with a diplomatic approach to challenges and something special to add to the vibe of the office.
