Pod Talent are super excited to be working with a globally recognised logistics business, who are on the hunt for a Customer Service Executive to join their customer service team in Manchester.
Within this role you will be focus on managing customer enquiries and issues while efficiently providing solutions. With guidance, you will become an expert in the area and speak to potential and existing customers within agreed SLA timescales.

In this role you will oversee:
Regularly support your customers by providing answers and solutions to any queries or issues the customer might have.
Ensure strong business relationships are built with customers while advertising the company's product range.
Strive to ensure customer expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
Manage and prioritise high volume workload to meet SLA targets.
Review, challenge and suggest improvements to processes, practices and procedures.
For success in this role, I am looking for:
An organised approach to work.
Excellent communication skills through email, phone manner and in person.
The ability to build long lasting relationships with customers.
A basic understanding of IT
Time management and Prioritisation.
