I am super excited to be partnering up with a fast-growing consumer health care business based in London on a Customer Service Representative role.
In this role, you will work as part of the customer care team and provide sales and customer support to customers via phone, e-mail and live chat.

About the role:
Respond to customer queries in an effective manner
Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently
Maintain accurate customer service records
Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
Friendly, Patient and Empathetic
Able to work in fast-paced environments
High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
Good telephone manner and active listening skills
Experience using Zendesk desired, but not essential
