I am super excited to be partnering up with a fast-growing consumer health care business based in London on a Customer Service Representative role.

In this role, you will work as part of the customer care team and provide sales and customer support to customers via phone, e-mail and live chat.

This is a great opportunity to join a game changing business who are pioneering the way for men's health and making a substantial impact to their customers lives.

About the role:

  • Respond to customer queries in an effective manner

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently

  • Maintain accurate customer service records

  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery

About you:

  • Friendly, Patient and Empathetic

  • Able to work in fast-paced environments

  • High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines

  • Good telephone manner and active listening skills

  • Experience using Zendesk desired, but not essential
