In this role, you will be in charge of managing the order process for a top-level customer account, ensuring stock levels are kept to an optimal level and building strong professional relationships.

Developing an industry-leading knowledge of supply chain processes and those of the company's largest ecommerce customer
Analysing stock levels across 1500 active SKUs to ensure best fulfilment rate
Proactively supporting strategic stock allocations
Ensuring strong communications with customer account managers
Processing orders on SAP and following the journey of product from point of supply to delivery into warehouse
For success in this role, I am looking for…
Excellent analytical ability on Excel
1-2 years' experience in an analytical supply chain role
Great understanding of customer supply chain and order fulfilment
Ability to work in a high-paced environment
Affinity for building customer relationships and internal and external stakeholder management
SAP experience a strong plus!
