Pod talent are excited to be teaming up with a global manufacturing business who are looking for an advanced Demand Planner to join their team in West London.

In this role you will be involved in building a new demand planning and S&OP process and implementing SAP to maximise its potential for drawing insights and analysis.

This an opportunity for a senior planner to take real, hands-on ownership of a brand new process within the context of a thriving, global business. I am looking for somebody with the drive and skillset to become a Demand Planning Manager within 2-3 years!

Responsibilities

As the Demand Planner, you will…

  • Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns

  • Maximise potential of SAP to draw demand insights

  • Identify actions to prevent excess inventory or service failures

  • Continuously seek to improve forecast accuracy

  • Participate in S&OP implementation and collaborate closely with supply planners

Requirements

To apply for this role, you should have…

  • An advanced understand of SAP tools in a demand planning context

  • 3-5 years' demand planning experience in FMCG or manufacturing

  • Excellent analytical, project management, and time management skills

  • A confidence with stakeholder interactions and leading from the front
