Demand Planning Manager

Pod are pleased to be working with a thriving global cosmetics brand who are looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join their team based in Central London.

In this role, you will lead the S&OP process from a demand perspective with senior stakeholders and own the demand plans for a portfolio of luxury cosmetic products.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Being the lead demand planner for a portfolio of c.300 SKUs

• Leading the strategic S&OP process in collaboration with senior stakeholders

• Upholding strong customer relationships with major UK retailers

• Taking part in cross-functional projects and initiatives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• 3-5 years' experience in an FMCG demand planning role

• An in-depth understanding of S&OP and supply chain strategy

• Excellent analytical and Excel skills

• The charisma and confidence to lead communications with key stakeholders

• A passion for the businesses you work with and a drive for commercial success
