Pod have recently partnered with an exciting home retail company to find a new German Speaking Logistics/Customer Service Team Leader for their team! - Oversee a small team of Customer Service executives, assisting them in their developing and overseeing their day to day management
- Responsibility for inputting, processing and monitoring sales orders for B2B customers.
- Work with B2B customers to identify, inform and resolve of any issues in the shipping process
- Ensure that wholesale customer service is kept to a high standard and customers are satisfied with the end to end order process
- Identify and undertake improvements within the team
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least one years experience in a logistics coordinator / B2B customer service role
- Experience managing at least one direct report
- Excellent written english
- Fluency in German ESSENTIAL
This is a permanent role. The successful candidate will recieve £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience plus a generous discretionary bonus.
