We are currently working on a super exciting opportunity with a fast-paced FMCG food business who are home to some of UK's best love brands. Our client is a business that truly values their employee's input and encourages to challenge and improve ways of working to drive efficiencies across suppliers, customers, and operations. They are currently looking for an experienced leader to join their Customer Service & Logistics team in a supervisory position and manage a team of 3-4 customer service executives and oversee all operations from order to delivery.
About the role:
Lead and develop customer service & logistics team.
Be first point of contact for customer related queries and issues.
Coordinate all operational activities within the team to ensure fulfilment.
Oversee all operations from order to delivery for a range of UK grocery customers and international export customers.
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to drive operational improvements and efficiencies to customers, suppliers and 3PLs.
Minimum 2 years of experience working within customer service position(s) within FMCG/Manufacturing environment
Previous people management experience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
