Pod is partnering with a major FMCG business in search for a Logistics Coordinator.   • To manage all aspects of the company's order process and

  • To be a key point of contact for UK customer order queries, ranging from small independent partners through to large national wholesalers & retailers.

  • Receive and process sales orders on the ERP system and send on to the warehouse for picking and delivery.

  • To liaise with 3rd party warehouse & transport partners & building strong relationships with them to ensure high levels of service and communication.

  • Proactively manage customer service issues, trending failures and implementing preventative actions.

  • Develop and implement new processes with 3PLs to ensure accurate control of stock and systems

  • Responsible for balancing inventory for certain stock holding locations and reporting on a monthly basis.

  • Manage the end to end customer return process and ways of working.

  • Drive and report on service KPIs, working with 3PLs to ensure accuracy, consistency and continual improvement of service levels.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and the wider supply chain team to implement change, review customer order patterns/requirements and identify efficiencies throughout the delivery network.


  • Driven, ambitious and self-motivating

  • Educated to Degree level

  • Fast learner and fast thinker. Work well under time constraints

  • Good communication skills vital

  • Be able to prioritise workload

  • Possess excellent attention to detail and be very well organised - multi tasking is key!

  • The ability to work in a fast paced, vibrant office environment.

  • Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn.
