I am working with a leading UK Travel business on a broad and exciting Data Manager role based in Hertfordshire. The role sits within their Procurement team as they look to improve their customer and end user experience of their online ordering platform as well as standardising and defining their reporting processes.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a data admin team of 4

  • Performing an initial data cleanse of their system as well as managing the data integrity

  • Define and implement best practice processes for the on-boarding of new suppliers into their (Coupa) system

  • Reducing free text ordering availability, to provide more standardised and uniform reporting

  • Take full ownership of the management of their punchout catalogue

  • Help to drive user engagement and satisfaction with the web-ordering platform across the business

  • Lead the continuous development of their web-ordering platform including; category tree, end user access, customer interface, supplier feedback as well as item reviews

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Master Data Manager within Supply Chain/Procurement

  • Minimum of 2 years experience managing a team

  • Educated to Degree level

  • Proficient using Excel and SQL

  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills as you will be working cross functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Accounts Payables

  • Experience using Coupa Procurement system


  • Basic salary between 50-60k

  • 20% annual bonus based on individual and company performance

  • Pension match up to 10%

  • 25 days annual leave
