We are extremely excited to be partnering with a young and super fast-growing consumer goods business who have already established themselves in the market and have become a key supplier to many of the UK's leading retailers.
Due to the rapid growth, they are now looking for an Operations Assistant to join their team and support the Finance & Operations Manager in order processes, management of inventory, answering customer queries and working closely with the logistics providers.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to be close to the action and take on a truly varied role, which will offer amazing exposure and new challenges to support personal growth and development.
About the responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process from order processing to fulfilment
Create, reconcile and send out invoices to customers
Update order and shipment trackers
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
Work collaboratively with customers and factories, and answer any queries
Perform administrative task to support the rest of the team
Minimum 1 years of experience within an operational role(s)
Great energy and desire to take initiative
Excited to work in a start-up company and go the extra mile when needed
Well-organised with razor-sharp attention to detail
Great Excel skills
