I’m excited to be working with one of the worlds leading pharmaceutical businesses, supporting their continued growth and commitment to delivering healthcare to the world.

We are looking for a strong team leader with excellent experience in later stage R&D processes- scale up, pilot plant trials and technology transfer. Working on a global portfolio of products you and your team will be an integral part of the R&D process, supporting colleagues in Innovation, commercial and supply chain to bring new products to market and manage the life cycle of existing products.

This role would suit someone who is already in the pharma sector, or coming from FMCG with an interest in bringing your experience to a new sector.

Ideally we are looking for someone from an engineering or scientific background, who will have a strong understanding of the product development process and experience of cross functional working.

A proven track record of leadership in the field of process development is essential, as are excellent communication skills and ideally team management. Strong academic background is also important- ideally PhD in a scientific field.

This role offers a great opportunity to join a global team at a really exciting time in the evolution of the company and will have a hands on impact on consumer health around the world through the delivery of new products to market.

If you are interested to find out more about this role, or other opportunities in R&D please contact me on caroline.crotty@pod-talent.com.
