Pod Talent are pleased to be working with a family-grown FMCG company in London who are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their growing team!

In this role you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and logistics operations in partnership with the Production Director of the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior supply chain professional to broaden their experience and accelerate their growth with a dynamic business.

Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for…

  • Issuing components for all UK and export finished goods in SAP.

  • Chasing suppliers for correct paperwork and give clearance instructions to forwarding agent as per business demand

  • Maintaining up to date information for customs entries in SAP (training will be provided)

  • Providing liaison between the business and 3PL logistics teams

  • Timely booking of stock to ensure correct invoicing

Requirements

I am looking for a candidate who…

  • Has 1 year+ experience in an FMCG supply chain administrative role

  • Is a quick learner

  • Has good computer skills and is competent with Microsoft Word and Excel
