They are bringing innovative & gorgeously smelling home care product to their market that are also helping to reduce an impact on environment. Are you keen to make an impact & bring value to this disruptive start-up?

I am on a look out for a driven & hands-on professional that comes from consumer goods/household/cosmetics space to head up their Supply Chain. You will manage the end-to-end operations, including 3rd party manufacturing & logistics partners, NPD roadmap, supply & production planning, as well as the procurement piece.

Day to day bits:

  • Managing 3rd party manufacturing & logistics partners

  • Overseeing & managing the supply of component parts and raw materials

  • Managing production planning, stock control & customer fulfilment

  • Sourcing new products including packaging, fragrances & other raw materials

  • Managing the NPD roadmap & participating with new ideas

  • Looking for opportunities to provide cost savings

  • Managing demand planning & building the right forecasting

We are looking for:

  • An experienced supply chain manager (minimum 3 years)

  • Experience managing 3rd party providers (manufacturing & logistics)

  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum

  • Experience in the consumer goods/household/cosmetics space

  • End-to-end supply chain experience including planning & logistics

  • Contracting & tendering proficiency + P2P process knowledge

  • An understanding of chemical and/or eco chemical components (desirable)

  • ERP systems & Excel savvy

  • Confident problem-solver, quick thinker & a hands-on professional with excellent leadership skills
