We are super excited to be partnering with a fast-growing health and wellness start-up business who are currently looking for a Supply Chain Operations Manager to join their small but growing team based in Central London.

In this end-to-end supply chain position you'll be responsible for everything from the daily management of the supply chain operations activities, to liaising closely with a variety of key internal and external stakeholders, generating demand forecasts and production supply plans, managing customer relations and logistics operations, as well reviewing, refining, developing and implementing operational improvements and new processes to support business' growth.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional to join a fast-growing, award-winning business who is still at early stages of its journey, and really utilise existing knowledge to help develop a best-in-class supply chain.

About the role:

  • Analyse and refine the demand forecast to reflect customer demands

  • Work closely with suppliers and co-manufacturers to ensure production and supply plans are executed correctly and on time to meet demand.

  • Maintain optimal stock and inventory levels across Europe, and ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in full

  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors and 3rd party stakeholders

  • Identify and drive continuous improvements and efficiencies to operational processes.

About you:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar end-to-end operations/supply chain role

  • Good working knowledge of demand, supply, inventory planning and operations

  • Experience working within FMCG industry

  • Great communication skills - fluent in French and English

  • Strong ability to use Excel and manage large data sets (experience working with ERP systems would be beneficial)

  • A passion for working at a sustainability and growing small business
