I am delighted to partner up with leading manufacturer & provider of advanced, high-quality home appliance technology that has operations across the globe. They provide an excellent quality product that is high-end & makes them the best in the sector. This role is newly created, they are looking for a process-driven & confident Supply Planning Manager to build the best relationships with their suppliers across Europe & manage all the challenges that come along in supply & production.

This role will manage supply planning, stock control, production & supplier management piece. It is crucial for you to be able to drive continuous improvement in the team, have excellent stakeholder management skills & proven ability to develop & enhance supply planning processes. You will be an analytical problem-solver that comes with great attention to detail & will not crumble under pressure.

Day to day bits:

  • Manage company's Supply Chain strategy in alignment with sales planning forecast vs production

  • Analyse incoming Supply to identify gaps & provide improvements based on sales, product strategy & future supply opportunities

  • Manage stock control, lead times & the relevant supply challenges in collaboration with sales, logistics, product & procurement

  • Managing & coaching Supply Coordinators to ensure they identify & solve daily operational issues

  • Be the Product Supply Owner managing all the internal & external stakeholders, customers & suppliers

We are looking for:

  • 5 years + Supply Planning Management experience in SME or larger businesses

  • Consumer Electronics, Hardware/ Technology/Components industry is preferred

  • Experience in developing/implementing supply planning processes

  • 3 years + people management experience

  • European (Global) Supplier Management experience

  • Tech savvy - advanced Excel skills & SAP is a MUST

  • Bachelor's Degree as a minimum

  • A leader that comes with strategic mindset & problem-solving skills
