Technical Project Manager, Product Development: Beverages OR Dairy - International Food & Beverage Giant - Hamburg - €65,000-€75,000 + package

A leading B2B manufacturer within the Food & Beverage industry, with an enviable market position and a footprint across Europe, the US & the UK, are investing heavily in their R&D and Product Development functions and are seeking multiple technical specialists with experience in NPD (from trial to market launch stage) and formulations to join their team.

You will be working with internal teams and external customers (including Coca-Cola, Nestle & Danone) to confront the most complex challenges facing the food industry; developing great tasting products that are healthy whilst reducing troublesome ingredients including sugar and palm oil. They are a solutions oriented business and you can expect your role to be the same! Key skills & attributes required:

  • Experience working in product development within a food business centring on ingredients & formulations

  • Prior history of running new product trials and driving their journey to market

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across different business units

  • Degree in Food Science or other scientific discipline is essential.

  • English language proficiency (written and verbal) is required.

  • A passion for producing sustainable and ethical products is essential!
