- Engineering Managers

- Engineering Team Leaders

- Production Team Leaders

This transformation is intended to increase the proximity of the leadership to their teams and bring more ownership & accountability at all levels.

Kraft Heinz believe this will deliver further increases in efficiencies, reduce duplications of activities and allow for more agility in decision making

Describe your role at Kraft Heinz

I am currently a Shift Manager, responsible for production and engineering for the Kitt Green site.

Why did you join Kraft Heinz?

The challenge - everyday is a new challenge, working with different people and understanding different problems. Development - Kraft Heinz invest in people and are open to giving people new opportunities to enable them to develop.

What do you see as the key benefits of working for Kraft Heinz?

The people. There is a great mix of people at Kitt Green, all from different backgrounds, with different experiences. There is always somebody willing to support you. Also, the brand. Working for such an iconic brand means there is always new opportunities arising.

How would you describe the culture of the Kitt Green site?

Our most important asset is people, so this year, we have changed our strategy to focus even more on our people. We drive an improvement culture, and with some of our teams having 30 years + experience, getting all the teams involved is very important.

Describe your role at Kraft Heinz

I am the Head of Integrated Manufacturing and I sit on the Site Senior Leadership Team.

Why did you join Kraft Heinz?

Who wouldn't want to work for the largest food production factory n Europe? When I had my interview and the team spoke, with passion, about their journey towards World Class, I was sold, and wanted to play my part.

What do you see as the key benefits of working for Kraft Heinz?

Describe your role at Kraft Heinz

Reliability Engineering Manager over two highly complex and critical centre's (20-acres of a 55-acre site). I have 33 Reports in these areas - 6 shift-based engineering coordinators and 27 shift based multi-disciplined engineers.

Why did you join Kraft Heinz?

My Grandad and Dad both worked for Heinz so I was part of the Heinz family from an early age so upon leaving school I applied for an Electrical Engineering Apprentice at Kitt Green

What do you see as the key benefits of working for Kraft Heinz?

The key benefit of working at Heinz is there is always an opportunity to grow and learn “we either win or we learn” there is no loosing and we do both as individuals and as a team

How would you describe the culture of the Kitt Green site?

I would describe the culture as a competitive family always in search of the next big challenge to conquer.
