Who are Pod Talent?

In case you don’t know us, Pod Talent are a specialist, diverse owned, values-driven recruitment consultancy, specialising in all functions within the supply chain – make, source, plan, deliver and digitalise.

Pod was founded in 2012 and has always specialised in the supply chain space, but more importantly has always strived to be ahead of the curve and disruptors in the recruitment industry. Most recently, this has mainly manifested itself in what we call our ‘DE&I journey’ – that is, making DE&I at the heart of what we do and how we operate as a business.

We are lucky enough to work with some amazing clients based all over the world, some of whom also fully embrace DE&I within their businesses. We wanted to draw on the knowledge of some of the DE&I experts within these businesses, and use this platform to help other businesses either begin, or progress, their DE&I journeys too.

What’s the webinar about?

It explores, from the perspective of true experts who have ‘been there and done that’, ways and best practices to improve DE&I within your business.

Starting on a DE&I journey can seem daunting to any business, so this webinar provides some easily actionable things you can implement straight away, as well as some great advice about how to build your own DE&I strategy and where to start.

It explores topics from stakeholder engagement, the need to know your data, and how sharing your personal story can help everyone on their DE&I journey.

Who should watch it?

This is for anyone who is looking to improve diversity, inclusion, equity and belonging in their business. Some businesses haven’t began their journey yet, whilst some are further along – wherever you are in your journey, we’re confident that this webinar will have some great insights and practical tips you can go away and implement straight away.

I’ve watched it – I’m interested in some of the follow up information mentioned

Our speakers shared some really practical advice on tools and tips you can use, and we had a discussion about external partners that could be useful to businesses looking to boost their access to diverse talent pools, or who are looking for training and education on being inclusive to different marginalised groups.
