We’re excited to be supporting an exciting design-led skincare brand on their search for a Regional Demand Planner, to join their dynamic EMEA Supply Chain team – initially on a 12 month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take ownership of demand forecasting across multiple channels and markets in a fast-growing, values-led business.
About the role:
- Lead the regional demand planning process and create short, medium and long-term forecasts (up to 24 month horizon) for a portfolio of SKUs, as well as NPD launches and promotional activity.
- Play a key part in monthly S&OP reviews, aligning with Marketing, Finance, Retail, and Global Planning functions.
- Identify and communicate risks, opportunities, and assumptions behind forecast changes.
- Ensure data accuracy in planning systems and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
About you:
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning (ideally within FMCG/retail/beauty industries)
- Strong communication skills with experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, detail-focused and commercially aware
- Able to influence and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
