About the role:
- Lead the design and execution of a company-wide S&OP process from the ground up
- Build alignment between business operations (multi-site) to optimise inventory flow
- Drive improved forecast accuracy and supplier collaboration
- Lead and develop a small team of associates, covering procurement and demand planning areas.
- Use data to fuel smarter, faster decision-making across the supply chain
- Influence senior stakeholders and bring strategic thinking to the table
About you:
- 5+ years in S&OP, demand/supply planning, or supply chain leadership (ideally within pharma, cosmetics, FMCG industries)
- A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-site environments
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with planning tools / ERP systems
- Proven stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen
- Strategic thinker who’s just as comfortable getting hands-on when needed
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
- Flexibility to travel across sites as part of a national supply chain network
