We’re excited to be supporting an exciting design-led skincare brand on their search for a Retail Supply Planner, to join their dynamic EMEA Supply Chain team for a 12-month period.
As a Retail Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for supporting retail stores by managing and executing inventory and planning strategies that ensure optimal stock levels across all locations, maximise on-shelf availability (OSA), and minimise waste.
In this role:
- Responsible for planning parameters for new product launches and discontinued SKUs, reviewing the product catalogue regularly, and optimising stock based on store tiering to support commercial objectives.
- Manage replenishment triggers across campaigns, business-as-usual, and peak periods, and implement planning strategies that align with commercial and supply chain goals.
- Analyse sales data, stock levels, and inventory costs to identify risks and opportunities, while reporting on key KPIs such as on-shelf availability, waste, and days cover.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain, retail, IT, and distribution centre teams to solve challenges, improve processes, and support retail projects like store openings, closures, and campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with retail stores through regular communication and visits, and implement best practices to continuously improve service and operational efficiency.
About you:
- Proven experience in retail supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of on-shelf availability.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of turning data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a focus on delivering high standards.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a drive to overcome challenges and lead improvements.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across teams and functions.
