EU Logistics Manager – Network Optimisation & Planning
Location: North Brabant, Netherlands (Hybrid with European Travel)
Pleased to be partnering exclusively with a well-established and growing 3PL on an exciting new opportunity. This European Logistics provider has experienced fantastic growth and an increasing client base, serving well-known global businesses. They are now looking for an EU Logistics Manager to drive their European transport strategy across the Benelux region.
This is an all-encompassing, hands-on, strategic role focused on developing the operational capability and logistics improvement initiatives. Taking charge of building strong operational foundations, optimising logistics network and instilling a culture of continuous improvement
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop the logistics operations team and network, driving effective planning and execution across multiple countries.
- Optimise network performance through strategic 3PL management, improved planning, cost efficiency, and improvement initiatives.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the function.
- Support and deliver European efficiency and transformation projects
What You’ll Bring
- Strong people leader, able to take teams on a journey, instilling accountability culture, managing through mentorship, support and coaching.
- Excellent Transport/3PL management knowledge, ideally with experience in supporting tenders or logistics optimisation projects.
- Experienced in reviewing processes, cost reduction and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Passionate, driven, commercially astute individual. Fluency in English and Dutch would be highly preferred
