Location: North Brabant, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Salary: €40,000 – €48,000
Pod Talent is excited to be partnering with a European leader in logistics. They are looking to hire a Logistics Specialist/Coordinator to join their dynamic team in North Brabant. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to established brands across the supply chain, combining operational efficiency with cost-effective transport planning.
You’re role:
•You will be responsible for planning deliveries and collections, optimising transport routes, and ensuring operational excellence across the network
• Drive continual improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Analyse transport performance and review areas opportunities and bottle necks, working closely with 3PL transport providers to suggest more effective operation.
• Ensuring a seamless and effortless customer journey, collaborating closely with all teams to ensure fantastic level of service.
What You'll Bring
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics planning, transport operations or supply chain
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience with ERP, planning or transport systems.
• Sound geographical knowledge of the Netherlands
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
