Customer Onboarding Specialist- London (Hybrid)- Up to £40,000- 2026 Start
Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with a fantastic, sustainability driven, B Corp consumer goods company, who are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their rapidly growing team in London in Q1 of 2026.

In this role, you will be: bridging the gap between sales and operations, using high attention to detail skills to ensure all customer order information is correct and ready to be processed, and acting as a key point of contact for all new and repeat B2B customers ensuring they a fantastic customer service experience and aftercare. This is a brand new and exciting role for anyone who loves to provide great customer service in a B2B setting!
What we are looking for:
- 2+ years in a B2B customer service/ operations role (ideally within a start-up/SME/ e-commerce business)
- Great customer service and high attention to detail
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confident in CRM and ERP systems (Netsuite or HubSpot would be a HUGE plus!)
