EU Cluster Warehouse Manager
Location: West Flanders Region, Belgium
Package: €65,000 - €78,000 per year + Car + Package
Pod Talent are thrilled to be continuing our retained partnership with this global FMCG. We’re supporting a growing and transformational business at a critical point in its operational journey. As they prepare for a major SAP EWM transformation and strengthen their warehouse leadership.
You’ll be leading a European Cluster, based in Belgium managing inhouse and 3PL sites, accountable for performance, service, cost control and day-to-day execution
The role is critical in driving performance, leading people through change, and preparing the operation for a major SAP EWM deployment. It suits a warehouse leader who has personally run an SAP EWM operation and thrives in complex, evolving environments.
The role will be based in Belgium and is open to those looking to relocate, but must have the right to work in the EU
Key Responsibilities
- Full operational leadership of a large warehouse site and two external 3PL sites, implementing best practice, owning safety, service, cost, inventory accuracy and people performance
- Strategically lead warehouse change projects and act as the operational lead for EWM readiness and implementation
- Build capability, engagement and succession across your team, leading change with credibility and empathy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across layout, flow, productivity and operational discipline
Requirements
- Currently or recently managing a warehouse operating on SAP EWM
- Proven, hands-on warehouse leader with experience running complex, high-volume operations, whilst also able to think strategically and commerciall,y looking at the bigger picture
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, dealing with senior stakeholders both internally and external partners
- Engaging, passionate and strong people leader with experience delivering change initiatives
Location & Language
- Site-based role with some regional travel. We are open to relocators, but you must have the right to work in mainland Europe and be able locate to Belgium
- English required; additional European languages beneficial
