I am excited to be working with a fashion-retail client in the heart of London, undergoing massive growth and they are currently looking for an Inventory Manager to join their team in London for 12 months.

In this role, you will drive the strategic planning and execution of inventory and supply operations across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless alignment between supply plans and commercial goals. Your responsibilities will include optimising inventory levels and securing timely product availability to meet consumer demand across wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce channels.

This is a fantastic time to join the business, following an outstanding last quarter. With new store openings across EMEA and continued expansion across both DTC and wholesale channels, the growth journey is only just beginning.

In this role:
  • Lead the Supply Planner(s) and oversee all EMEA purchasing and inventory management activities across all brands.
  • Develop and maintain a rolling regional supply plan aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Logistics/3PLs (UK & Netherlands), Finance, and Commercial teams to set and review key inventory assumptions and improve accuracy.
  • Track ex‑factory dates with international suppliers, communicate variability, and drive mitigation plans to protect OTIF and supply continuity.
  • Manage all EMEA supply and service metrics, identify risks early, and resolve supply issues end‑to‑end across wholesale, retail, and e‑commerce channels.
About you:
  • 4+ years’ experience as an Inventory Manager from a fashion, retail, consumer goods or FMCG background
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, o9), plus exposure to project methods such as case building and UAT.
  • Experienced in cross‑functional collaboration and managing communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • A confident people leader who can challenge objectively, adapt quickly, and step in to manage and deliver from day one.
  • High‑performance mindset with the flexibility to travel at short notice based on business needs.
If this sounds like a great opportunity, please apply directly!

P.s. short notice period is ideal!
