Stock Controller - Warehouse
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Salary: €32,000 - €40,000 (mid–high options available depending on experience)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday
We’re excited to be partnering with a fast‑growing logistics business that supports some of the most dynamic brands in the market. As the operation scales, they’re strengthening their stock team. They are now looking for a motivated, detail‑driven Warehouse Stock Controller who can take ownership of inventory accuracy and help elevate warehouse performance.

As Warehouse Stock Controller, you’ll work closely with the inbound Warehouse Team Lead and a QC specialist to ensure every item is where it should be, stock movement is precise, and discrepancies are resolved quickly. If you enjoy problem‑solving, owning your numbers, and being the person people rely on for accuracy, this is the perfect next step.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage daily stock accuracy by recording all inventory movements and reconciling system data
- Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all movements match purchase orders and dispatch records
- Conduct regular cycle counts, root‑cause investigations and physical stock audits
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly, escalating issues where needed
- Monitor stock levels and support replenishment/forecasting to avoid stockouts or overstocking
- Oversee goods‑in/out processes, including verification and product quality
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse stock control (3PL experience ideal)
- Strong understanding of inventory processes - goods in, cycle counts, reconciliation and adjustments
- Experience in using WMS or ERP systems (any system is fine; training provided)
- Highly organised with strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Curious, analytical and proactive - someone who enjoys solving stock puzzles
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership and showing accountability
- Positive, collaborative personality - the cultural fit is essential
