What you will be doing:
In this role, you will take ownership of ensuring the demand plan is fulfilled while supporting the business in meeting its financial, service, and stock availability targets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with the Senior Demand Planner, Sales, and Finance to understand forecast growth plans and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Managing stock‑take processes in partnership with 3rd‑party suppliers (including NLC and suppliers outside the UK).
- Overseeing stock movements between suppliers to ensure availability aligns with forecast requirements.
- Supporting the UK team with preparation for S&OP meetings and attending where required.
- Raising documentation such as packing lists and invoices for customs purposes related to returns.
About you
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in Supply Planning or Inventory Management within FMCG, consumer goods, or food & beverage.
- A strong analytical mindset, supported by solid Excel capability and experience with ERP systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- A proactive, organised approach and a sense of ownership, with the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
