Customer Service Supply Chain Lead- Remote (UK)- Up to £37,000
We are working with a fantastic D2C consumer goods start up with a leading drinks product, who is looking to hire a customer service and supply chain professional to join their growing team. Supporting the Supply Chain Director, this brand new role will manage the day to day customer service operations, managing outsourced agency teams, support with AI developments, and overall, be a key part of this start-up!
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Handle day to day customer support, across ticketing, emails, web queries, DMs, and Amazon
- Coordinate with supply chain stakeholders, such as external customer service agents, 3PL partners, international suppliers, and founders
- Manage freight bookings, and coordinating manufacturing, packaging, components, and production timelines
- Support with end-to-end D2C operations and ad-hoc responsibilities
What we are looking for:
- A driven D2C customer operations candidate, with experience managing a team
- Ideally experience working in an early stage start up
- Strong CRM systems experience (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom etc)
- Strong knowledge of AI and automation, a proactive mindset
- Full right to work in the UK
