Logistics Manager 6 month FTC- London/ W London Warehouse (hybrid)- Up to £55,000 (pro-rata)
Pod Talent are excited to be working with a high-growth premium luxury fashion business who is undergoing several exciting logistics projects, and are looking for a logistics manager to join their team for a contract basis!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with strong international momentum, lead complex 3PL projects, and collaborate in a people-first culture. There is also an opportunity for the role to become permanent in the future.
The role will take ownership of the end-to-end 3PL warehouse operations, acting as a key point of contact between the 3PL and the business. This high impact role will focus on stabilising and improving warehouse and distribution performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the 3PL against KPIs and SLAs, ensuring strong operational performance
- Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting
- Lead cost control and validation of 3PL invoices
- Partner with customer service and warehouse teams on returns and quality control processes
In order to be successful in the role:
- Proven experience in managing a 3PL warehouse, with a strong understanding of domestic and international carrier networks
- A hands-on approach to collaborating with 3PL partners
- Ideally a background in high value goods, luxury fashion, premium environments
- Ideally experience with operational turnaround projects such as warehouse moves, system implementations, stock movements
- Fantastic Excel and communication skills, as you will be working with lots of data and varying stakeholders
- Candidates with a short notice period or immediately available will be prioritised
- Candidates must have full permanent right to work in the UK due to this role potentially being made permanent
