Export Coordinator- London (hybrid)- Up to £36,000
We are excited to be partnering with a global market leader in the publishing space, with a presence in over 30 countries, who are looking for an export coordinator to join their team on a hybrid basis in London.
This role will take ownership f the export flows across key international regions including Australia, South Africa, and Europe, ensuring stock moves efficiently across regions. This is a fantastic role with full exposure to end to end operations and international logistics.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate international stock movements across key export markets
- Manage relationships with global 3PL and freight forwarding partners
- Support forecasting and stock planning through data analysis
- Maintain accurate inventory and reporting processes
- Handle shipping documentation (including customs and invoices)
- Provide day to day operational and administrative support
In order to be successful:
- 1-2 years experience in logistics and exports
- Strong Excel skills
- Fantastic organisation and communication skills
- Confident in managing various stock movements and 3PL relationships
- Full permanent right to work in the UK
