Procurement Manager FTC

I'm excited to be partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing e-commerce businesses on a brand-new Procurement Manager (8-month FTC) opportunity based in London (1 day per week in the office).

As Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and onboarding new products and suppliers, while driving commercial value and ensuring operational excellence across the supply chain.

This is a fantastic time to join the business as it continues its rapid expansion across the UK and Europe. You'll play a key role in supporting the growth of their product portfolio, sourcing everything from finished goods through to the packaging that creates an exceptional customer experience.

In this role,
You will…

  • Source new products and suppliers to support the continued growth of the category
  • Lead commercial negotiations to deliver measurable cost savings while maintaining product quality and supplier performance.
  • Build and manage strategic supplier relationships, driving continuous improvement and long-term value.
  • Partner closely with the Range and Product teams, providing market insights, supplier benchmarks, and commercial recommendations.
  • Negotiate, implement, and manage supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Oversee supplier and SKU onboarding, ensuring new products are commercially viable and operationally ready.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and a "no surprises" approach to range expansion and supply chain execution

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in a Procurement, Buying, or Sourcing role within FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-moving business.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on prioritising high-impact activities.
  • A proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with strong project management skills.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally.
