Customer Collaboration Specialist- W London hybrid (3 days in the office)- Up to £55,000

Our client is a leading international FMCG business with a portfolio of household brands sold across major retail channels and markets worldwide. Operating in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, the business combines strong commercial growth with a commitment to supply chain excellence, continuously investing in service improvements, innovation and customer partnerships to maintain its position as a market leader.
As Customer Collaboration Specialist, you will act as the primary supply chain contact for key retail customers, building strong relationships and driving service excellence. Working closely with Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams, you will lead customer collaboration initiatives, improve OTIF performance, support short-term forecasting activities and identify opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer supply chain teams, acting as the key contact for service and operational matters
  • Manage the 0-13 week execution horizon, ensuring effective stock availability, forecast accuracy and promotional planning
  • Lead regular customer reviews and collaborate on initiatives to improve service levels, operational performance and supply chain efficiency
  • Analyse performance metrics including OTIF, customer service levels, availability and forecast accuracy, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Partner closely with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver projects and drive customer-focused outcomes
  • Support continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, improving processes and enhancing customer experience

To be a successful candidate:

  • Experience in a Customer Collaboration role in an FMCG environment
  • Strong understanding of customer service levels, forecasting, promotional planning and supply chain execution
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with both customers and commercial teams
  • Experience working with major UK retailers or Amazon, ideally managing complex customer accounts and driving collaborative improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and performance improvements
