What’s your role at Pod?
I am a Principal Consultant at Pod Talent, specialising in recruitment across the end-to-end supply chain. I focus primarily on senior appointments within Logistics, Fulfilment, and Customer Operations, partnering with businesses across the UK and EU. I work with a wide range of companies - from fast-growing start-ups to global industry leaders - and have particular experience within the Consumer Goods, FMCG, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors, although I’ve also supported businesses outside of these. Typical roles I recruit for include Head of Logistics, Logistics Manager, Distribution Centre Manager, EU Warehouse Manager, Carrier Manager, Trade Compliance, Import/Export, Ecommerce Operations, Sales Order Management, O2C, Customer Success, and Customer Experience. Passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience and pride myself on building long-term, trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates.
