I'm partnered with a global automotive OEM who seek a strong site-based Continuous Improvement Manager as part of a significant investment in their global CI function. The business has been growing aggressively in recent years and recently their revenues passed $1bn, so it's a great time to join them.

This is an ideal role for someone with a strong track record of managing key continuous improvement projects within the heavy manufacturing sector, looking to move into a global business and develop into senior managerial roles in the future. There is a big focus on establishing lean methodology & process, training site stakeholders and driving change management across the region. The recent investment within Continuous Improvement has seen the business hire at Director & VP level already, with further hires at more junior levels being planned across sites in Germany and at other global sites.

You will benefit from world class training and high-calibre leaders and be given the opportunity to have a significant impact on the businesses continuous improvement journey.

Key skills/experience required:

  • 2+ years as a site continuous improvement lead essential

  • Industry experience in automotive/heavy industries preferred

  • Green-belt certification strongly preferred

  • Demonstrable experience leading change management projects

This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business with strong scope for career development. To find out more, apply through this page or email your CV to Alex at
