As a Customer Account Manager you will…
Liaise and interact with existing customers and use KPIs to identify and work with them to ensure stock accuracy
Protect and grow existing businesses and negotiate with the customers, ensuring customers always return
Build a strong relationship with the customers to maintain excellent engagement
Work collaboratively with the customers to be their key value for their business's excellence
The skills that I am looking for are…
1-2 years experience as an account manager/similar customer services role in a business to business environment
Ability to negotiate and build and manage relationships with clients/customers
Excellent numerical and literacy skills
Capacity to conduct a high volume of telephone based activity with excellent communication skills
