Pod Talent are excited to be working with a rapidly growing ecommerce retailer and brand owner who are looking for a Customer Care Operations Assistant to join their team in Central London.
In this role you will be responsible and accountable for monitoring customer satisfaction via online responses and issuing and managing queries, refunds and claims in partnership with the customer care team.

About the role:
As Customer Care Operations Assistant you will…
Assist customers with all lines of enquiry which will include product advice, returns, delivery, warranties, payments, through email, calls and live chat
Monitor customer comments and queries on new product launches
Raise claims for missing orders with Amazon
Assist the ecommerce team with fraud checks
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
