Pod are excited to be working with a global FMCG business who are on the hunt for a collaborative Customer Operations Controller to join their team in West London.
In this role you will focus on building strong relationships with your set of customers and ensuring all supply chain operations run smoothly, in order to achieve high levels of customer service and fulfilment.

About the role:
As a Customer Operations Controller you will…
Be the first point of contact for your set of customers, and a key link between customers and cross-functional internal teams.
Support Customer Collaboration Manager on identifying and implementing improvements to service levels
Work cross-functionally to ensure service levels are achieved and there is on shelf availability
Work closely with 3rd party hauliers and warehouses, and inform customers of any changes to deliveries/issues
1+ years of experience in a similar role (operations / logistics /customer services)
Strong communication skills
Ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, and build strong relationships
Analytical, numerical skills and proficient with Excel
Proactive and able to multitask
