Pod are very pleased to be working with a global food business who are looking for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6 months FTC based in West London.

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end order to delivery process by monitoring logistics cost for the exported products, working closely with UK customers and managing inventory holding, in order to achieve high level of customer service and fulfilment.

About the role:

As Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator you will…

  • Create daily and weekly reports regarding any failures, investigating and questioning any failures

  • Build strong relationships with customers and fulfil their demands in full and in a timely manner.

  • Responsible for inventory control, stock reports, stock reconciliation, as well as export of products and any relevant documentation and order processing

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales team, supply chain planning, commercial and IT

  • Coordinate and manage 3PLs and make sure the company's terms of trade are respected

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience working in supply chain/export and customer service roles (ideally within Food/FMCG industry).

  • Demonstrable communication skills and ability to manage relationships across all levels of an organisation

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills

  • Good numeracy and Excel skills, and strong attention to detail
