Role: Customer Service Executive - French Speaking
Salary: £23K + Bonus

Handling all customer enquiries, queries and complaints while maximising customer satisfaction
Contribute to CRM and customer engagement strategy
Work with line manager in effectively communicating consumer product challenges and feedback
Manage customer communication through different channels (Voice, Email, Chat, Social)
Ensure the internal KPIs for customer satisfaction and response time is met
Excellent spoken and written English/French - Essential
Methodical working and good time management
Excellent attention to detail
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Professional & confident phone manner and excellent problem-solving ability
Ability to effectively multi-task and handle multiple channels
