Pod are exciting to be working with a global manufacturer of computer and laptop accessories who are looking for a Demand Planner to join their EMEA team in West London!

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to take charge of the Demand Planning process for an entire region, leading communications with sales teams and playing a key part in the continuous improvement of the business S&OP model.

This is the perfect opportunity for a junior/mid-level demand planning professional to hugely accelerate their progression and development with a business who foster real growth.


As the EMEA Demand Planner, your key responsibilities will include…

  • Maintain regional forecasts and highlight any errors or opportunities with sales teams

  • Work closely with the Supply Chain Analyst to assess continued forecast accuracy and communicate changes to S&OP stakeholders

  • Own demand planning responsibilities and be the key point of contact for queries relating to the EMEA region

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and bring your own ideas to the table

  • Become an ERP super-user


Here are some of the most important things we are looking for…

  • 2-3 years' experience in a demand planning position or similar (ideally in an FMCG background)

  • Very strong Excel-based analytical and forecasting abilities

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills

  • A can-do attitude and the hunger to drive real change to demand and S&OP processes

  • Confidence with managing demand for an entire region
