I’m partnered with an iconic FMCG brand as they build a new team within their supply chain function. Following a successful supply chain transformation demand planning is now run centrally and a strong supply chain professional with broad planning experience is required to drive the German supply chain forwards. The business regularly wins awards for being a great company to work for, has a culture built on collaboration and sustainability and has one of the strongest supply chain functions anywhere in the world.

In this role you will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and commercial teams to drive the S&OP process, the forecasting cycle and you will also build and lead a team of 4 talented and ambitious demand planners. Germany is a big market for the business and you’ll have the scope to influence at senior levels and introduce innovative new processes across the supply chain.

It is important that you have previous experience managing small teams. Ideally the person coming into this role will be passionate about coaching and development, have a ‘people first’ approach to management and is keen to also develop into more senior positions themselves.

 Why apply?

  • The opportunity to work for a fantastic global brand that leads within their market

  • Build a new team and introduce new processes within a global supply chain function

  • Great work/life balance for a senior position

  • Drive growth within a supply chain where sustainability is a key priority

  • Rapid progression into senior (director level) position

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the strongest supply chain functions in the world and build a brand new team within their recently transformed supply chain. If you are looking to join a strong global brand, lead a new team and develop into a Supply Chain Director in future – apply today using the link or email your CV to Alex at
