​EMEA Supply & Demand Planning Leader

A world-leading Medical Devices Company is seeking an EMEA Supply & Demand Planning Leader to be based in the Stuttgart Area, Germany. The successful candidate will have responsibilities including full regional ownership of the E2E SC Planning and S&OP process, driving process maturity, team development and supporting the system transition to SAP APO. They will also partner closely with the Regional Head of Supply Chain to generate and drive new initiatives around continuous improvement and supply chain analysis.

The Role:

• Develop tools and processes to manage short and long-term stock availability risks, production priorities and plant capacity

• Concurrently to managing the Supply process, facilitate the monthly Demand review to build an EMEA Demand Plan that reflects Risks and Opportunities versus Goals and aligns the Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain organizations to one consensus number (S&OP)

• Drive process maturity and organization-wide adherence to the monthly discipline

• Both from a Demand Planning and Supply Planning perspective, support the system transition to SAP APO and Demand Driven Replenishment

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years’ experience in Supply & Demand Planning roles

• Strong understanding of S&OP process (previous experience in S&OP implementation desirable)

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• SAP experience in Supply and Demand Planning (desirable)

• Leadership experience (Senior/Lead Planning or Manager level)
