Head of Operations - Family Run Furniture Company

Greater London (Surrey)

£50,000 - £65,000 + bonus

We are partnering with a creative and growing small business who are looking for a Head of Operations to join their diverse team and drive process improvements, implementing change across their operation. Easily commutable from Victoria or St Pancreas stations, the role is based in Surrey where the company has their main production and warehousing site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of operational KPI development and implementation with a focus on process improvements and change management.

  • Manage the team on site including admin, quality control, purchasing, logistics, and warehousing staff and take overall responsibility for these functions creating a cohesive and organised operation.

  • Conduct and take responsibility for internal quality control checks.

Who You'll Be:

  • Strong operational background with exposure to warehousing, logistics and manufacturing.

  • Excellent people management skills and demonstrable ability leading teams.

  • Fantastic organisational ability, able to balance multiple priorities.

  • A passion for what you do and a desire to implement real change.
